Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on every order — no minimum.

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories — if your address falls in one of those areas, checkout will let you know. We're working on expanding coverage.

How fast

• Processing: orders leave our US warehouses within 1–3 business days.
• Transit: typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.
• Total: most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of purchase.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Questions or issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 8 business days, or arrives damaged, email aormaus@gmail.com and we'll make it right. We reply within 24 hours.
