Which purifier is right for my room?
As a rule of thumb: the Compact 3-Stage for bedrooms, dorms, and desks; the Large Room or Air Quality Monitor model for living rooms and open spaces (manufacturer-rated up to 1,095 sq ft); and the AP04 Smart Sensor if you want set-and-forget auto mode. Coverage figures are manufacturer ratings — for heavy use (pets, wildfire season), size up.

What does H13 True HEPA mean?
H13 is a high-efficiency filter class that captures 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns — the size range that includes fine dust, pollen, pet dander, and smoke particles.

How loud are they?
All of our purifiers have dedicated sleep modes; the Compact 3-Stage runs as low as 24 dB — quieter than a whisper. At top speed you'll hear gentle airflow, comparable to a fan on low.

How often should I replace the filter?
Every 3–6 months for typical use — sooner with pets, smoke, or wildfire season. Replacement filters for each model are coming to the store soon, with an option to get them delivered on a schedule so you never think about it.

How fast is shipping?
Free from US warehouses: 1–3 business days processing plus 2–5 days transit — most orders arrive in 3–8 business days. Full details on our Shipping page.

Do you ship to California, Alaska, or Hawaii?
Not at the moment — we currently ship to the contiguous 48 states (excluding California) and Washington, D.C. We're working on expanding.

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, hassle-free. Start a return by emailing aormaus@gmail.com — we'll send you a prepaid label and instructions. Full details in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement or refund you — your choice.
